1Verwijder het medium uit de wells die je gaat blootstellen.
2Voeg 150 µL compleet medium toe aan de well, en voeg daar vervolgens 50 µL van je deeltjes aan toe. Doe dit in duplo per sample (PLGA: samples DO en DC, liposomen: samples HO en HC). Neem ook onbehandelde controles mee!
3Incubeer de plaat overnacht op 37°C in de incubator. Ga vervolgens verder met het analyseren van de functionaliteit van de cellen.
